User data deletion

1. Who this applies to

This page explains how users of AgentOn CRM can request deletion of personal data obtained through Meta (Facebook) products, including Lead Ads, Pages, and WhatsApp Business when connected to AgentOn.

2. Disconnect Meta in AgentOn

Workspace administrators and marketing users can remove Meta access at any time: open AgentOn → Settings → Integrations → Meta Business → Disconnect the connected Facebook Page. This revokes stored Page tokens and stops new lead imports. Leads already created in your CRM are not deleted automatically.

3. Remove the app on Facebook

You may also remove AgentOn from your Facebook account: Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites) → remove AgentON. After removal, Meta stops sending new data to AgentOn.

4. Request deletion of CRM data

To delete personal data stored in AgentOn (including leads imported from Meta), email admin@agentoncrm.com from your registered account email. Include your workspace name and whether you want specific leads removed or full account deletion. We respond within 30 days.

5. What we delete

Upon verified request we delete or anonymize: Meta integration tokens, import logs tied to your workspace, and CRM lead records you ask us to remove, unless we must retain data for legal, billing, or security obligations.
